Acceptable Use Policy.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. It lists behaviour that is prohibited on VideoGenAI. Violating the AUP may lead to suspension or termination of your account and, where required by law, a report to the competent authorities.
1. Content you may not generate
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, real or AI-generated.
- Impersonation of real individuals (including public figures) in contexts likely to deceive, defame or harass, unless you have demonstrable written consent.
- Misleading political content, videos depicting real politicians or public figures in misleading political or electoral contexts.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or promotes hateful ideology against protected groups.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights you don't own (copyrighted brands, characters, trademarks).
- Content that depicts how to make weapons, explosives or illegal drugs.
2. How you may not use the Service
- Reverse-engineering, scraping or bulk-downloading the Service in ways not permitted by the API documentation.
- Probing, scanning or testing the Service's vulnerability without prior written consent.
- Circumventing rate limits, token balances, content filters, or authentication.
- Reselling, repackaging or white-labelling the Service without a written commercial agreement.
- Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or to violate any sanctions or export-control laws.
3. Safety tooling
We operate automated and human-in-the-loop safety layers including input prompt classification, output moderation and hash-matching against known illegal content. These layers may cause renders to fail silently; that is intentional.
4. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content that appears to violate this AUP, or believe your work is being misused on VideoGenAI, email legal@videogenai.io with the word "Abuse" in the subject line. We triage abuse reports within one business day.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, violations may result in one or more of: a warning, content removal, throttling, account suspension, permanent termination with loss of unused token balances, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement where the content is illegal under Polish or EU law.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will publish the revised version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
